fc99 Platform Use

fc99 is an online gaming and betting platform operating under international licensing. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern all aspects of use of the fc99 website accessible at fc99.run and all related services provided by our platform.

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and fc99 ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any gaming feature on this platform, you automatically agree to comply with all terms contained herein together with any additional policies published from time to time.

fc99 reserves the right to update or amend these terms without prior notice. Continued use following any amendment is considered your acceptance of the amended terms. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly.

To register and use fc99 services, users must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Registering voluntarily in their own name and not on behalf of a third party.

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account at fc99. Registering multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the freezing of all accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The information required includes:

• Full name as shown on your Identity Card (MyKad) or passport.
• An active mobile phone number that can be contacted.
• A valid and actively used email address.
• A strong password that is not shared with any other party.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details including username and password. fc99 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from an account being accessed by an unauthorised party due to the user's own negligence.

For identity verification (KYC) purposes, fc99 may request a copy of an identity card or other supporting documents before permitting a withdrawal. This process is mandatory and forms part of the platform's security measures.

fc99 provides a range of deposit methods suitable for users in Malaysia. All deposit transactions are processed through a secure and encrypted system.

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10. Accepted payment methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — a popular local e-wallet among Malaysian users.
• DuitNow — instant fund transfer via mobile phone number or MyKad number.
• Online Banking (FPX) — supports major commercial banks in Malaysia.
• Boost — a digital e-wallet for quick and easy payments.
• ShopeePay — a payment method via the Shopee platform.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH — for users who prefer crypto transactions.

fc99 does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges depending on the method chosen. Ensure your deposit details are correct before confirming any transaction. fc99 is not responsible for delays or failed deposits resulting from errors made by the user.

Users may withdraw funds from their fc99 account subject to the conditions set out. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per withdrawal transaction.

All withdrawal requests will be processed within 10 to 45 minutes after confirmation. This processing timeframe depends on the withdrawal method chosen and the account verification status at the time.

Conditions that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Account identity verification (KYC) has been completed and approved.
• Any wagering requirements for bonuses received have been fully met.
• The chosen withdrawal method must be the same as or match the original deposit method for security and compliance reasons.
• There are no active investigations into account activity currently in progress.

fc99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual or exceeding certain limits. This forms part of our standard compliance procedures.

fc99 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements set out and must be fulfilled before winnings from those bonuses can be withdrawn.

The fc99 Welcome Bonus is 200% of the first deposit amount up to RM1,000 with a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value. Calculation example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM1,000 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM2,200 → Wagering: RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000

General conditions for all bonuses on the fc99 platform:

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
• fc99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraud or abuse is detected.
• A cancelled bonus will result in any related winnings being voided as well.
• fc99 reserves the right to amend the terms or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.

All games provided on fc99 operate using a certified and independently audited random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness for all players. fc99 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Users agree not to engage in the following activities while using the fc99 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or other tools that assist gameplay without direct human involvement.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate or influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the game system.
• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage) with the intention of unfairly fulfilling bonus wagering requirements.
• Channelling funds through the platform for the purpose of money laundering or financial crime.

Any breach of these rules will result in an immediate investigation, account freeze, and legal action if necessary. fc99 cooperates fully with authorities in confirmed cases of fraud.

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the fc99 support team via live chat or email. Valid account balances (after deducting wagering requirements) will be returned to the user in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

fc99 reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• The user breaches any of the terms stated in this document.
• Registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
• The user is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform.
• The user is found to be using multiple accounts.
• Upon instruction from a relevant legal authority or regulatory body.

In cases of closure due to a breach, fc99 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance in the relevant account without any compensation to the user.

fc99 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the current applicable terms.

Amendments to the terms will be considered effective immediately upon being published on the fc99 website. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to process the closure of your account.

fc99 services are provided "as is". The platform makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose.

fc99 will not be liable for any:

• Direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the use of this platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Actions or decisions made based on information found on this website.
